Drawing on perspectives from both community members and allies, the workshop fosters understanding, connection, and belonging while equipping attendees with tools to advocate for themselves and others in workplace and community settings.

Expected outcomes include a clearer understanding of how belonging connects to culture, strategy, and everyday behaviours. The ability to identify where belonging truly lives for the organization as well as the individual, and the confidence to articulate how people‑first practices strengthen cohesion and support inclusive change.
