Your commitment is 100% to your own growth. Coaching works best when you’re ready to show up with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to explore new perspectives.
We typically recommend a short series of sessions to build momentum, but the structure is flexible and designed around your goals, your pace, and what feels sustainable for you. You’re never locked into anything that doesn’t support your progress.
Coaching relationships include:
1.) Introductory Session - think of this as a casual interviewing of your coach.
You must be comfortable and excited to work with them and this session helps you decide. 2.) Coaching agreement is shared, signed, and your sessions are scheduled based on what works for
you and your coach. Rescheduling is permitted and details are included in our coaching contracts. 3.) Coaching sessions run in 30, 45, and 60 minutes increments for 1 on 1 coaching. 5 sessions are
recommended to get anyone started and moving forward to their goal(s). -
